I have Outlook 2007 installed on Windows 7 machine, and connected to my hotmail account through Outlook Connector. Today I tried syncing my mail. After few minutes of send/receive and counting percentage of what was done, I got this status

There was nothing new in Outlook folders, in spite that my windows phone 8 device reported several new e-mail messages. I could see those mails using IE, but I like having them on my computer when I can’t go online.

Any help, please?

 

I am a Co-owner of 4 Outlook.com calendars and they all show on my Outlook.com calendar. 

I have tried setting up my outlook.com account using HTTP, POP3 and Outlook Connector. The Only one that even gives me a calendar is Outlook Connector but none of my calendars show up.

My Wife, my son and I all have separate email accounts, and we have each setup our own calendars. We are all co-owners of each others calendars. Is there anyway to show all the calendars in outlook, not just my calendar?
Errors 5102 & 80041003 received when send/receive from Outlook 2010 for .msn account (using outlook connector).  All working fine for 2 weeks then suddenly it errors and I am unable to sync at all. uninstalled connector, deleted account in Outlook, reinstalled connector and re set up account.  It sync'd all mail fine.  Then on send/receive after initial sync it popped the errors again and now won't sync.  Please assist with a resolution I need this working.

My system is running Outlook 2007 through Outlook Connector to collect my Hotmail emails.

 

It has been running very well for quite a while now, but this morning it refuses to let me in fully, and gives the following error messages -----

I have run scanpst.exe on both my .pst and .ost files at least three times on each, very time consuming as one is 6Gb (.pst) and 2.3GB (.ost), but to no avail.

 

I can access my Hotmail outside of Outlook/Connector, and I have been able to send one email from within Outlook/Connector.

 

Can anyone shed any light on what is happening here please ??

P.S There are no files with huge attachments waiting to download from Hotmail.

On September 9, I stopped being able to retrieve my e-mails from my Android Device (through the default Email App) and from Outlook Connector. The error I get is "Bad login or password". On the other hand, I can get my e-mails using Hotmail/Outlook web site with no problem. Also, I have another Hotmail account and I still can get my e-mails from it using Android and Outlook Connector. I changed my account password but it didn't helped. I also tried to get my e-mails using another computer with Outlook Connector and it didn't work. There is really something wrong with my account.


This problem has begun after I had to provide a "security" code (on Hotmail/Outlook web site) to get access to my e-mails on September 9. I followed the instructions to get the code, I typed it and I got access to my e-mail as usual. I don't know if it's only a coincidence but maybe it can help you to find what's wrong with my account.


Could you please help me as soon as possible. I tried many times and many ways to get support from Microsoft since 2 weeks and everybody is telling me that they can't help because I'm in the wrong department.


Let me be clear, the problem is not about Outlook Connector or Android. I'm an IT Professional and I can assure you that this problem is related to my account.

Hi,

We use Outlook.com calendar to share church event information via a Shared Calendar.  About 1-2 weeks ago, this service stopped working for us.

In addition to posting to the calendar directly by logging into Outlook.com, we formerly were able to use the Outlook Connector to update the calendar from Outlook 2010 from the desktop PCs in our office...we are also seeing trouble with this.

When I use IE 9 or Safari or Chrome to try to view the calendar, I get a error message.  For Safari, it can't find the server, for Chrome: The server at cid-bdc4478030dc71de.calendar.live.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.

I have seen other posts related to this on your forum...many are similar, but I have not seen a resolution to any.  I have tried resetting the links and many of the other suggested remedies to no avail. Nothing in our local network has changed around the time of the beginning of the problem.   Please advise.
