Nothing will open and messenger is loading how do I fix this problem.
Don't know what has happened and don't know how it happened but my hotmail page has turned blue
I can access my account, but once I am there, I can't open, send or delete. I can't open my folder. Nothing for 2 days now.
no contacts --- i go to contacts and it brings up a different page called people with nothing on it. no where to add either, hopefully the last fifteen years of folks have not gone poof -- fstemm
My Hotmail was changed to Outlook. I can log on but I can't logoff. Where the inbox should be is just a blue box. The whole format is bizarre. When I click on something nothing happens.
Nothing in hotmail account is working because Messenger is still loading.
The formatting on my Hotmail accounts is messed up. Nothing is where it's supposed to be on the page. Also, I cannot open my messages or create new ones. This is the third time this has happened to my accounts in as many months.
I go to manage groups but there is nothing that says view contacts. This is so much more complicated than the old way.
