MOVIE MAKER WON’T PLAY MY VIDEOS, AND IS BLACK SCREEN

Movie maker won't play my videos that were working previously and now has a black screen, I NEED HELP!! All of my drivers are Updated, I also tried converting the files, nothing is working.  Is there any way I can save the project into a video file because at this moment when I try to it says it can't save because it is missing files.   I really don't want to spend another 10 hours remaking this video.  There HAS TO BE A FIX!!!!

I took a movie I made on Movie Maker on old computer using windows 95, The movie saved and will play on my current computer using movie maker and windows 7, but I need to edit the movie that I saved. When I made it I had the titles come across the screen and fade ( I don't know what it is called) I can not find it in the current version of Movie Maker. I need to be able to change the titles. Same with the opening screen.

 

Any thoughts. I am trying to do this for my grandmothers funeral service and am using a video I had made for her birthday in 2008.

Windows 8 windows live media player not working

I bought a brand new laptop in January 2013 with windows 8 installed already. The windows live movie maker does not work properly. It either has a black screen or the video is frozen when I import them into the media player for editing. I have sound but the video itself isn't working properly at all.  I saw another thread that said to change the windows movie maker to compatibality for windows 7 and supposedly it will work but all that did was make my movie maker stop working all together with an error message. I need to be able to edit videos because I record tutorials that need to be uploaded to youtube as part of my job. Please help.

I updated  windows live essentials. The new 'Movie maker' not working. A pop up comes saying 'Movie maker cant start,check system requirements.... having processor: AMD Anthlon(tm)X2 250 processor 3.00GHz,RAM: 2.00GB, 32-bit windows 7 ultimate operating system

movie maker transitions are not working correctly

The transition goes over the previous picture shadowing it then jumps to the next picture not combining the two.  this is on just some of them, others work fine.  I ran the repair windows live essentials but it didn't fix it.  Any suggestions?

HI! I have started to put pictures for movie maker , it was initially running smoothly and then started to skip, I removed the pictures that were skipping, removed the music and put both pictures and music back in but was still skipping.  please advice, thanks

i am using a windows 7 home premium(64 bits) operating system, i have an issue that whenever i am starting movie maker an error messege is popping out "movie maker cannot be started......your system doesnot have required specification or update your video card" . Earlier when i used to run movie maker in my same system it used to work fine but now its not working,,,,please help to fix this as i have to use movie maker urgently . ERROR CODE:-c945000e

please help me to fix it.

sound issues – help!

I have two problems:

 

I cannot add an mp3 file into movie maker - it keeps saying it does not support the file type even though I have successfully managed to use the same file in another movie I made in windows movie maker.

 

Secondly I want to take the sound out of some clips I am editing together as there was annoying background noise and put music instead.  But I want to leave the sound in other clips as it is a voice over. How can I do this in movie maker?

I open my movie maker and add one clip and it stays grey for a very long time. No picture or sound.
many times it crashes and i cannot open a previous made movie as the sound and pics fail to load
