after editing in movie maker the video quality is not good. i took a hd video about 30 minutes range. and i removed few scenes by trimming it and saved as 720p formatt for windows as a movie..but after that when i opened it the quality of that video
is worst.is that a product failure or what

This happens immediately after 'the choose resolution of your movie' pop up - I always choose the recommended option.
This happens in files large and small (under 5 mins)
I tried it on a file I had previously published top YouTube and I got the same error.
I am using Win 8.1 I am not certain whether I have successfully published a video since installing 8.1
I have tried reinstalling movie maker
The files I am using in movie maker are all .wmv files

When I trim a music video I get poor synchronisation of music and vision. I have tried various editing techniques with all the same result.
Better said any program download won't open. A tech guy gave me my laptop 2 days ago because he was fixing it, and when I started using my laptop again movie maker was working perfectly. But as soon as I installed Avast free antivirus, movie maker stopped

I use windows movie maker 2012. My operating system is windows 7 home basic.Recently,I was trying to create a video using still images taken by my camera.But I can see only black screen during preview where as audio is working.I thought there is some problem
with file format.So I tried to edit another video of format .avi.But the problem continued.
Then I changed the format of that video to microsoft zune HD movie(*.wmv) using any video converter.But there was no change at all.Please help me fix the problem.

Can you help please. I downloaded from the Apps store Movie maker on my PC that has Windows 8. I attempted to work with it by my projects were not as I thought. I did a trouble search on the Movie maker app to which it told me it was not compatible with my Windows 8 program

We are working on a slideshow/movie in WLMM 2011. When we insert animations between the slides, they appear in the project view, but when we go to full screen-- and even more importantly, burn it onto a DVD -- there are no animations between the slides.
The Windows version is Windows 7, and the IE version is IE 11. Please help! Thanks.

I've been using movie maker with no issues and this week when I added a clip I noticed it was blurry. at first I thought because it was a windy day that the my camera might of been moving but when I recorded something new and tried to do a movie. I had the
same problem with it. I haven't done any changes to my settings. When I play the clip on windows media player images are clear. any ideas what it can be? 1st image is movie maker and 2nd is media player
