Windows Movie Maker Video works, but no audio…

Hey all...  I'm new to movie maker.  I have used iMovie before so I am somewhat familiar with the ins and outs of making a movie.  Although I am unsure why when I uploaded video from my iPhone into my photo gallery, then tried to create a movie with them...  They have video but no audio.  Any ideas on how to fix this (in lamen's terms please)? 

movie maker,after editing,saved as *.mp4. BLACK OUT AND MOSAIC AT BEGINNING OF PLAYBACK ,ABOUT 1 SEC.

MOVIE MAKER VERSION BUILD 16.4.3522.0110  APPLE Imac 24 ,by bootcamp installing WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM.

BLACK OUT WITH FLICKERING PORTION LASTING FOR 1 SEC AT BEGINNING OF PLAYBACK OF EDITED VIDEO. LOADING *MP4 OR *.MOV VIDEO CLIP IN MOVIE MAKER, EVEN WITHOUT EDITED, SAVED AS  *.MP4 FILE. THE SAVED FILE ALWAYS HAS THE ABOVE NUISANCE PORTION AT THE BEGINNING OF PLAYBACK.

UNINSTALLED MOVIE MAKER THEN RE-INSTALLED,FOR SEVERAL ATTEMPT, THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED.

  IN ANOTHER COMPUTER,SAME WINDOWS 7 VERSION,SAME MOVIE MAKER VERSION, NO SUCH PROBLEM.

I can play a .wmv movie in window media player but when I try to play it in movie maker I get the above error. I am trying to make some movie clips from the movie for a powerpoint presentation. Please help.

Movie maker : How do i save as the same dimensions/bit rate?

When trying to edit movies in windows movie maker, i noticed that there does not appear to be any way to save the video file as the same file type, dimensions and bit rate.

I have to manually enter a new custom dimensions/bit rate for EVERY SINGLE VIDEO i edit. This gets extremely annoying.

Is there any way to just quickly save the video as the same settings as what the video currently has?

All i want to do is edit the volume...

how do you copy a cropped document and paste into email with movie maker

I have cropped a document using Windows Live Photo Gallery and want to insert into email text. I don't want to send it as an attachment but part of written text. Can anyone give me instructions please. Thank you. 

Windows movie maker (and windows essentials) is not on my pc, but will says it is???? HELP PLEASE

I am very very frustrated with windows right now, my movie maker stopped working so i deleted it, that was fine, then went to reinstall it off the windows website. This was fine, it installed and i installed all of the windows essentials and stuff and it put shortcuts on my startmenu and stuff but nothing will open it says it dosnt exsist and when i go to control panel or uninstall or change a program and all those places it isnt even on the list, i cant find it anywhere on my pc, any of the programs, even though movie maker is all i really want. I went back to the site and tried downloading it again, but all it says is ok you already have these programs and closes yet i  still cannot find the programs ANYWHERE. This is very frustrating and ive taken probably  a good 3 hours just today trying to find it on my pc, when i search it nothing comes up but some broken shortcuts and files with nothing inside them, i delete them but nothing changes. Please help, i just want to get movie maker andhave it work. I am on windows 8 also, thank you for your time.

Video Quality degrades when I add a video to movie maker

I have a question about windows movie maker. When I add a video that is 1920x1088 the resolution and quality of the video drops. How can I maintain that resolution when I finalize and render the video?

I want to know why movie maker is not open in my computer if open they say "sorry, movie maker can't start. Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements before trying to start movie maker again,and then try to update the driver for your video card if movie maker still doesn't start. my pc run on cori3 processor and 4096mb ram mother board system model is H55M-S2V (Gigabyte) and DxDiag display detail is here. directx version is 11,dxdiag version is 6.01.7600.16385 32bit unicode. Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics. Chip type: Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i3).Display Memory: 1531 MB.Dedicated Memory: 64 MB.Driver Name: igdumdx32.dll,igd10umd32.dll.Driver File Version: 8.15.0010.2104 (English).   DDI Version: 10. Please tell why movie maker is not open. i am very frustrate for this problem.I update my driver from gigabyte website, if i install another 1GB nvidia graphics card then what happen you sure about this my problem become solved.

I cannot download Movie maker for Windows 8.1 on my Surface 2 Pro

Windows movie maker will not download onto my Surface 2 Pro because my computer needs ...NET frameworks 3.5 .  When I try to get this it is refused. I think this is because windows 8.1 uses another .NET frameworks file. Is there a version of movie maker that I can download or will I have to pay for some other movie program like Power Director?. I can't find out if I have even got the Windows essentials suite on my computer. Thankyou.
