My PC automatically defaults to a mobile version of outlook, and initially it wanted me to upgrade my Firefox browser which I did do but it didn't change anything. how do i get the PC version and have it stay?
I asked this question before and I managed to get the PC site up, but when I went back in, the mobile site was there. Now when I approach the community, the answer is not there. When I sign out of the mobile site, there is a PC site option on the bottom of the next page, but when I click on the PC site and try to sign in, it again takes me to the mobile site.
After the switch to Outlook from Hotmail, I am seeing that I am on mobile view, on my laptop? There are not any tools showing for me to change any settings.  Very plain white and blue page. How do I fix this? I tried finding the email that allowed us to upgrade to outlook earlier but when I tried to click on the link for upgrading, it told me I was in the mobile version and it didn't support that function.

I have a hotmail account since 1998. Two days ago  when I started my hotmail sesion in the Hospital where I work, suddenly changed the configuration to Outlook, in a basic mobile version.

Other people in my work with Hotmail accounts haven't had the same problem, and they continue with the access to the hotmail page without problems. It's very difficult to work with the Outlook basic version, and I would like to know how could I get back my old hotmail main menu. Thanks.
