8/14/2013 Hotmail is 100% down and doesn’t even have the courtesy to tell us what’s going on!!! No wonder all my friends use Gmail!!

Message I'm getting says everything's been restored but NOTHING works! What a joke!

Don't they realize that people depend on their service? Microsoft really blew it this time.

And the sad thing is you can't even call anyone. My sympathies to all of us hotmailers

who've been left high and dry!!

i cannot sign into my account or actually my email because it says that my phone is not syncs with the outlook and I DONT HAVE A SMART PHONE FOR OUTLOOK! WTH is going on

please explain to me or Microsoft of the situation occurring saying I might have issues syncing email with your mobile device. I DONT HAVE A MOBILE DEVICE THAT HAS OUTLOOK! I HAVE A IPHONE!!! AND ITS NOT EVEN SYNC WITH MY EMAILS! so wth is going on fix this asap bc this is ridiculous.

Is anyone else still unable to access Hotmail? Microsoft says that it has solved the problem but I still can't log in, since this morning. Keep getting "unavailable" messages, or it says the problem has something to do with my mobile device, but I am not logging in from a mobile device.

Can anyone help? Every time I try to log into my hotmail account it comes up with the message "looks like someone else is using your account". I have had to set up a new email to use this. I cannot get the code to log in because my alternative email no longer exists and I have filled the questionnaire twice now and had no response from Microsoft. I have also tweeted Microsoft and had no response! I have tried to access ,e account through the computer and on my phone neither work, my phone says it is the incorrect password. I don't get how I a, not allowed into ,y account but whoever is hacking it is! Microsoft have no live support for this I have tried the telephone number and it specifically says they cannot help with hacked accounts. But I cannot use any of the online tips because they all involve going into your email account which I can't do because I'm locked out!I'm so mad I just want to be able to use my emails again! Is there anyone who can help? Thank you. My email is live.co.uk and I now use outlook if that helps, thank you

I use Microsoft office outlook2007 for my email.

Why did I get all of my email messages duplicated today.
Why are all of my deleted messages not being delited from Outlook.com?

Do iI need to manually delete these suppoesed to be deleted messagfes from Outlook.com?

What is the POP box? Is it different from the Inbox?

How do I delete the duplicate files in my Microsoft Office Outlook with out having to manually highlight each duplicate message and deleting it.

My "Microsoft" account for Windows uses a live.com suffix.  I'm receiving an error message from 'Hotmail' that the blu-m.hotmail.com server cannot be accessed, and to contact my provider.  Ofcourse, Microsoft has no 'contact' support for Hotmail or Outlook.  Is MS aware of this problem? Are they working to resolve it, or am I going to have to do a master reset on my Windows 8 laptop and Windows Phone 8 in order to have service?

for 3 weeks now i have tried to recover my email address.
before microsoft removed the single sign in for multiple accounts i can now only access one of my email, main one, but can't the others two.

doing pw reset process did not help because i can't recall any infos from when i created the email account.

i have already created a ticket/issue number to microsoft, but no joy, as they keep asking me to provide infos that i no longer know.

U can't stop people (genuine) from accessing their emails , with personals datas ect....

I NEED TO REGAIN ACCESS to MY ACCOUNT .

Error code 86000C09 Please help!

My mail was working fine until today when my Microsoft Account refuses to sync and keeps giving me the error code 86000C09 and says to contact support, it was and always has worked perfectly until now. It also says "we're having a problem connecting to blu.m.Hotmail.com"

This has always been my Microsoft account, please help.

For some reason, MSN keeps askong me for a 4 digit code, when I apply for one and get it sent to me, MSN then decides that it is incorrect.

Now I realize that Microsoft does not care a toss about it's users and just likes making things difficult thanks to the prats that work for it!

So get it right.

Plus your complaints system is abysmal!

Though not for yourselves as you themn manage to be less user orientated!

I guess Microsoft is aiming to be as big a scammer as Banks and Insurance company's and politicians.
