The hacker has set up his/her mobile number on my account and email address, it does not allow me to change them two settings. Even though I know my security question it does not let me close my account.
I just want it permanently have it closed please!! .... even though i follow your instructions to close it ... that's if it ever gets done you have to wait a certain amount of period! I know the hacker then uses a code and can easily go back into my account.
It really hurts me that microsoft can just allow hackers to use codes to access people's private accounts!!!! Why did microsoft create these codes systems that how hackers are accessing peoples private accounts. Its so frustrating!!
I have also been on the close account option and like many others on the forums i have the same problem! saying server is temporary unavaiiable try in a few minutes. I read a thread about this on this site and one of adviser/support person said looking into this (and this thread was posted in 2012! its now August 2013 and still Microsoft has not stopped hackers comming into peoples account, the answer is simple... stop this silly codes!!!)
Please I need help ASAP! I just need my account closed permanently.
I get the following message:
