I have a number of Microsoft accounts and have difficulty accessing a number of them because of different email and passwords. I desire to consolidate - one email address and one password (which I can change from time to time for security reasons).  I have a number of accounts:
Outlook.com (accessible), Skype (accessible), Windows Live (sometimes accessible through Outlook.com), Microsoft Passport (inaccessible).

What I will appreciate is a step-by-step process for consolidating these. Thank any one who can provide advice.
I've just received the very suspicious email here below.
(I ma posting here w/o graphics AND hiding the Unique ID):

Is this a genuine email from Microsoft? Should I click on the link provided?
If that's a forged email, not genuine, better to stay away.

But I NEVER made any request of password reset. So, what should I do?

I resolved the issue of the greyed out email button, but now I have 700 messages sitting in my Drafts folder. How do I get these to send without opening and sending each individual message?

Thank you!
Robert

Somewhere around the end of July my account was hacked. I've had this account for quite awhile and it has a lot of personal information in there including my tax forms, clients, and family, so I considered this as an urgent issue. The hackers made a mess of my account. They changed my recovery email, and my security question is invalid even though I'm sure it wouldn't be anything else. I figured, no biggie, I'll contact support they'll help me. I've dealt with customer service before and did not have a problem getting my email back before. This time was completely different.
For the past month I have been lied to and run in so many circles I'm dizzy with frustration. I've talked to 3 live support members, all of which just dumped me into "Level 2" support. At one point I didn't get a response from Level 2 for three days. At this point it's been a total of three weeks since I first contacted Microsoft Support, so I contact a live agent and spoke with her for at least an hour. During this conversation I was treated like a moron and basically lied to. I was told by this employee that I "was talking to the billing department" and not the actual escalation team, and that she would "link me to the right department". I promptly told her that was not true because why would the billing department email me about my email? After not getting anywhere after an hour I just took her link and submitted another escalation form only to be told that I already had an escalation form open!
During all of this, I just get the same responses.
"Get a recovery code from your phone." Yeah I've done that multiple times and your system tells me there is an error and to check back later.
"Get a password reset from your secondary email address." That would be awesome if my recovery email address hadn't been changed.
"Send in a Recovery Form." The first three I sent in, I didn't even get a reply. I've probably sent in a total of 9 of these forms by now. Tell me, how is it that I can't recover my account if I know my past 5 passwords?
I can't tell you how many times I've heard all these responses and nothing has been done to further help my situation. I just get the same scripts over and over again.

I don't want to talk to a robot that receives a paycheck to send me scripts anymore.
I can honestly say this is the worst support I have ever received. I've supported Microsoft products for many years, but now that I see how I've been treated, I'm not so sure anymore. So what next? Is the next message I see going to be a repeat of what I've been going through for the past month? Has anyone else had this issue?

>I wanted to add that I just submitted a recovery request form. Microsoft is now telling me to just create a new address because I've submitted too many. Am I supposed to let the criminals who did this to my account just have it? Is there any way to shut the account down if that is the case?

Please read all correspondence below.  I think it may all be necessary for you to help me.   Thank you for any help.

I am not sure which SkyDrive version and I can't get to it from here so I have so I have chosen Other below.

Hello Marian

Thank you very much for your prompt reply and also for checking and seeing that my files were not in violation of any rules.

Are you able to see what is the problem with my password?  I want to keep it, but do you think I should change it temporarily for a while then change it back when I am sure that it is no longer a problem, especially with regard to my email below yours?  If you can't do anything, is there any advice you could give me please?

Regards
Diana van den Berg

I tried to send through a message earlier and pressed Submit several times, but nothing happened.  I think it was because I didn't fill in the box above this because I didn't see it.

Anyway, here is the message again:
There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of the content of the 5 files that I have on Windows Live SkyDrive.  I think the problem is with my password which I have also used for Poemhunter and Facebook.  I have been on both for years, but suddenly I couldn't get into my Poemhunter account with my password if I went through links in emails or via my shortcut on the Desktop, but only through My Favourites.  After I had had that problem for a few days, I had a message from Facebook saying that somebody had gone into my account from a different computer and was it me?  It turned out to be from Chicago.  I don't know anyone in Chicago.  I think that maybe it has something to do with the fact that I used the same password for Poemhunter and for Facebook (and for SkyDrive) and somehow the link got corrupted in Poemhunter.  I sent an email to Contact Us in Poemhunter, a few days ago, but so far have had no reply.  I need to get this sorted out, but I haven't the faintest idea how to do so.

I am trying to register my domain chanacateringservices.co.uk to use Outlook.com for email purposes. It seems this domain was previously used with Microsoft as I am getting the below message when trying to sign up:

This domain name can't be used with Admin Center because it's already registered with Microsoft. If you own this domain and want assistance please contact support.

Please can you remove the reference for this domain so I can use Outlook.com for my email. Thanks
Notice: My account is no longer being used. I have notified Microsoft I no longer agree with their terms of agreements and also do not agree with their privacy statement nor agree with their use of personal data. I can't simply delete the account due to "server errors". The specific error is: "Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes" Well over two months is more than a "few minutes"  Due to the above any and all statements I may have signed in the past are hereby to be considered null and void. All data is mine alone and any reading, use, storage, transfer, data mining, sharing with any and all persons except law enforcement pursuing a specific case pursuant to and outlined in a specif warrant that must include the limitations of their use to be valid. No warrant, no use, exceptions. Dragnets are illegal, unconstitutional and immoral. Safety is worthless without the freedom to back it up.  If Microsoft does not agree to my terms then allow me to delete my account, non deletion is to be considered acceptance of my terms.

As specifically outlined; non deletion of my account is to be considered acceptance of these terms and agreement. Any and all lawsuits are agreed to be paid by Microsoft in full, subject to their continued refusal to allow deletion of my account. This shall remain in effect until deletion of this account along with erasure of all private and personal data (due to the non agreement of their terms all data storage and its use are no longer subject to previous condition)

I just want to delete the account. As a systems administrator I think not having a a help desk to post a trouble ticket as to the non-functionality of their product and then help to the user with their issues is Lame. Not as lame as the usual reply of, "just don't log-in and use it and it will eventually expire and be deleted in a year or three" which is not an acceptable answer, nor the hallmarks of a professional organization.
