Dear Microsoft,

So I went to look at some pictures that I had uploaded from my old phone and they are now not in my Skydrive account. I also appear to be missing several OneNote documents that I uploaded. These were there as little a week or two ago and yes, I checked the recycle bin, they are not there and I don't delete files.

This is over a year's worth of my life that you guys appear to have lost including photos of my kid's first year.

WHERE ARE MY PHOTOS AND FILES????

Dear Microsoft,

A couple of weeks ago, I lost all the emails from my hotmail account from since I opened the account about many years ago. I first noticed it on my smartphone.
I have read other threads, and I would like to clarify that 1. I have logged in on to the web browser many times, and therefore my account has remained active 2. I have not, by intention or mistake, deleted all the emails in my inbox, 3. I have not changed any settings that could have led to this mass clearance.
This seems to have only affected my inbox and not my subfolders.
I rely on my hotmail account very heavily to organise my life and I need the emails back as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate your prompt help in the matter.

    Dear Microsoft,

Recently I've noticed that my skydrive no longer syncs my files and the reason is that skydrive crashes after less than a minute from start-up.

In the end of the logfile "FRED.dev=0.2013-10-08.0137.5680-1.log".

    I see the following:

    Dear Microsoft,
I am a server administrator  and have a client with website and domain hosted with our company.  They have clients with windows live email and outlook.com email.  when a client trys to email them the email address turns read and when sent it gets returned.  we have isolated this problem to Microsoft.  the problem does not happen  when mail is sent to the client from gmail or any other email provider. the problem only happens on Microsoft web based mail. Here is the email that is sent back when the client sends an email to this one domain on our server.

    Dear Microsoft,

I received the below message. My issue number is:  94511711. It looks like I am shut out from my account entirely and am recommended to start a new account. I feel I have given valid answers to the security survey and am 100% sure I have gotten my security question right in addition to birth date and other requested info. Through this whole process there was no real person to support me and I have only gotten automated responses with no chance for further questions. 10 years with an email account. Ended just like that.

I access my mail via mobile and do not remember my password because it is already set. Only when switching phones did I realize I no longer remember my password. Even trying to get help I need to sign up to this Forum and forced to sign up for a new Microsoft ID. I have had recent customer experiences with Apple, Evernote and Microsoft you are truly a laggard when held up to your peers.

    Can someone please help me?

    BR,
    Terrible Experience with Microsoft
