I have a user in an Enterprise operation that was using Outlook for Mac. She had a large exchange mailbox and a very large "on my computer" folder structure. The Application became corrupt and I had to reinstall Outlook. Database rebuild did not help.
I have a backup of the Microsoft user data folder. Is it possible to extract the "On My Computer" Folders and emails from this database? Many thanks!
I received and email from Windows Live team asking me to verify with a link my account because it exceeded the limit and telling me that if I do not do it my account will be suspended. Is that true? Should I verify that usin the link snet in the email?
The message was in my spam folder.
my mail opens and uses Microsoft Works and I want it to use Microsoft Word.
When typing in my contact email addresses while composing a new message, I keep getting previous addresses that are not saved in my address book or are no longer valid.
I would like to find a way to rid my account of all unnecessary autofill addresses while composing new messages. I have searched all settings for Cache and Cookie Options, the issue persists. I have also chatted with Microsoft support as well as submitting the issue to support through email, and I still have yet to get an answer.
This is my last resort and am hoping the community can help or Microsoft Support! Help I need a GURU!

Recently I don't take Facebook notifications on my Microsoft account like before.
I have changed my Facebook password and an email from Microsoft came to my inbox to reconnect with Facebook. I followed the steps and reconnected with it. Don't know if the cause is that or any other thing. I would like some help with this...
How can I recognize an email from "Microsoft" as being valid?
In my Hotmail inbox listing an email from "Microsoft Account Team" is preceded with an icon of a green shield containing a check mark. Is this supposed to be an official MS symbol or validation stamp?
This particular email subject is "Microsoft Account Security Confirmation", sender IP is 207.46.200.11; smtp.mailfrom=*** Email address is removed for privacy *** It does not ask me to provide personal info, however, a link is provided to a website to change my password and restore account security information. The catch is that the email acct. cited to be removed isn't mine but is one very similar in name. Is it possible this email is official but that the MS Acct. Team has been "set up" by a phisher?
Thanks for your input.

Has anyone found the answer yet to why we keep losing identities. It's happened to me 7 times in the last 12 months. Any ideas why Microsoft aren't responding with a solution? Y.
