Our inbox looks like its going through a back up or something and all inbox emails have disappeared. HELP- I cannot even find a place to contact Microsoft about this. Just a series of stupid 'FAQ' without support. this is our business.

I can see the need to block content that is offensive or against the law but to start blocking by file type, name or because its a Microsoft sample file is going a little bit too far. If this is the case then as a business I think we will need to find another solution for backing up/storing/exchanging files on the cloud. Does your Office 365 work with any other cloud vendors?

Hi,
I tried to log into my Live.com eMail account and I receive
"That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account"
I am currently typing this on my other Live.com account from same computer I would acess the feisty one from.
It hasn't been affected in the same way, as it works just fine.
I haven't changed anything on my end,it just isn't there.
I haven't found anything in the FAQ's that helped.
For security I am not posting the account name.
Please Help
