I am having a problem sending email from my hotmail account. I am able to log in and receive email but when trying to send mail it says that my account has been "temporarily blocked". Please see the link for further detail:


Anyway, the problem is still there. I tried all the suggestions I had read on the internet, but to no avail. I also contacted microsoft customer support, and they got back to me around 13 or 14 hours later, saying "we have responded to your support request. Go to the microsoft support site to view our response and follow up on your request. 

They tell me to follow this link in the email:

But when i click on it I am given a message which says "*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not allowed to view this incident." Why is this happening? How can I view the status of my support request? And how can I fix the initial problem in the first link (my account being temporarily blocked).

As mentioned in the initial report (see first link) I have already done the following:
- Changed my password twice (through account settings)
- Reset my password using the "send reset link to an alternative email address"
- Verify my account (through providing my mobile number and entering the code that was texted to me)
- Clicking forgot password and going through customer service to fill out a form asking me for details about my account
- Contacted customer support

What else can I do??? It seems I have tried everything that is in my control!

I am sick and tired of the **** that ive had to go through with trying to get my hotmail up and running and even when I try to engage with you guys to see how it is progressing I get a broken link, hopeless system!! I am in the middle (hopefully) of regaining access to my email address. However I cannot see how it is progressing as the link contained in the email from Microsoft Customer Support (see below) only takes me their main site with no access to my messages.
