So, I have the same issue as countless others, email down on mobile devices.  What irks me most is that the status page Microsoft recommends says " problem resolved."   SERIOUSLY?  It clearly is not, is not my settings, only emails up to July of 2012 have loaded in two days if there is connection to server.  How do I get a Microsoft rep to help, or who has a phone number I can call?  Please post it ... I would love to sit on hold to wait for an actual rep ... In the event a Microsoft moderator can help, please let me know what to do ...
