daily limit in registering for a Microsoft account

Hi,

My team is responsible for rolling out a couple of hundred Windows Phone 8 to our user base and my team is registering the users' corporate email address as a Microsoft account.

Unfortunately we are getting "Sign-up error 450" "You've reached the daily limit for creawting Microsoft accounts. Please wait a day and try to sign up again or contact support for assistance.

I believe this restriction can be removed temporarily as what i've seen from the thread below:

Can we please get an exception as well so we can register all our users with a microsoft account?

How do I close my outlook account?

I am trying to close my hotmail account but I have to cancel my payment options first in the Microsoft Account overview. I do not have any paid services anyway.

Please can someone help and tell me how to cancel my Microsoft account?

how to reset my Microsoft account (Windows Messenger) password

My password needs to be changed for my Windows Live, now Microsoft account. There are no answers to the question on any help sections on Microsoft websites as to how I can do this.

If you know how this can be done please provide the information.

Receiving continued error message when setting up Kids account. Any updates on when this will be fixed or other options available?

I have been trying to set up a Kids Microsoft account for my child. I have followed the wizard instructions several times for the past 3 days including providing credit card information to verify that I am an adult. Each time, I receive an error that says, "We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experience technical problems."

Is there a status of when this might be resolved or is there another option to complete the set up process or to set up a kids account? Is there someone I can call to finalize?

On signing into my microsoft account it prompts me that my account may have been hacked so ive gone through the steps to reset the password and gotten an emailed link to reset it but the email attached to my microsoft account i no longer have access to so i cannot use the password reset instructions in order to complete the process.

I get an error message when trying to verify age for my child’s account.

I tried to create a new microsoft account using my existing hotmail but the error message said "This email address is part of a reserved domain such as live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Please enter a different email address." Anyone facing the same problem?

How can I "cancel my billing service" to delete an account?

I would like to close and delete my Hotmail and Microsoft Account, but when I attempt this I constantly get an error message telling me "To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com."

I have nothing linked to this account and I have never used these billing services. Therefore I am also unable to cancel it.

Is there any possible way around this?

My friend’s Microsoft account suddenly doesn’t exist anymore

Hi,

My friend's Microsoft account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), suddenly disappeared (meaning, when he logs in it says that account doesn't exist anymore) two weeks ago. We are aware that an account is removed after 270 days of inactivity or so, but that is impossible because he is using that account to log in to his Windows 8 system.

Right now, he can log in to his Microsoft Account in his Windows 8 desktop, but he could no longer synchronize, and he could no longer access his SkyDrive account which contains some of his important files.

He needs his account back, please help us. Thank you.

I would like the creation date of my microsoft account. Because I created it sometime in the nineties, it's good party conversation ;-).

I tried to follow the steps, but the account password reset options have changed a little, it now looks like:

I can't use any of these options.

What is the new process for finding out my account creation date?
