I can't log-in to my developer account.
It said that "We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.".
My account is student account: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
All has been working fine until about a week ago. My primary WLID Microsoft account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is no longer pulling messages from the Comcast server. I have two other emails and one alias. The other emails are working fine. I did log on to Comcast and the emails are still sitting there. So for about a month now the email was not retrieved by Outlook.com, nor my Windows Phone.
I was told that Microsoft needs to increase the number of devices associated with my account. I am so frustrated.
Are we unable to send/receive email from the Microsoft account? This is the only email account that is not working.
From Outlook.com:

Unfortunately, until my Microsoft Account is repaired, I am in a mess. Of course my Windows Phone 8 does the same thing....retrieves all mail except the primary Microsoft Account (WLID).
I have just been through a frustrating 3 months of Windows Phone support - 20 chats, numerous emails with the escalation team, etc. My MSA, which i use on my Lumia 920 (WP8) was blocked from purchasing and no one could figure out why. After 3 months, the escalation team came back to tell me that I am using an email address (at my own domain) which uses an "illegal" keyword in the email address. Even though I have been using this since August 2012, on my WP7 phone, after switching to WP8 phone it became a problem of blocking my app purchases after about 30 days with WP8.
My problem: I have already switched over to a new MSA and everything works great. However, my preferred outllook email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is an alias of the old account. I need to have continued access to the alias and cannot just remove it and wait the 30 days or so for it to become available again.
Question: Can you help me to release the alias immediately so that I can add the alias to my new MSA? I can provide you with all hte details and even the WPsupport case# for verification. I don't want to just add the old account to my new account to access the email as I want to completely rid myself of the old MSA.
Thanks in advance!

I have an employee who created a microsoft account with her work email so she could install her new Office Home and Business 2013.
She was getting error messages every time she would open it regarding activating the product online. After searching this site I seen a suggestion to reinstall the product so I uninstalled, rebooted and started to reinstall.
I am now at the screen to log into the microsoft account. I cannot because the password has been forgotten. I have the reset link sent to email, it gives me this error message every time I click it:
"There's a temporary problem
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."
I tried creating a new account but I'm assuming this isnt working because the key is linked to the old microsoft account. I'm not sure, but when I enter the key and enter the new account info I'm taken to a screen that says I don't have any microsoft products and to go to the store...
So the account it was installed with before is locked and/or requesting password change doesnt work.
This is a huge pain, if anyone could help me how to get her back working again I would appreciate it.
I have two PC's running Windows 8.1 Preview that are both having these two problems:
1. Aren't syncing their IE11 favorites and favorites sort order.
2. Stuck syncing the same files with Skydrive. Opening the modern Skydrive app shows the same files in the queue have all been "pending" for the last several days.
I reset all trusted devices on my account and then retrusted both PCs and still have these issues, so I then ran the Microsoft Account troubleshooter and it found these problems with the first PC:
I don't know what the first two errors mean, but the third one is probably because I disabled the Desktop personalization syncing.
I then ran the troubleshooter on PC 2 and got this midway through:
I opened the store (which opened normally) and waited several minutes but nothing happened. So I hit Next on the troubleshooter and it finished with these errors:
Again, I don't know what the first two errors mean, but the third one is probably because I disabled the Desktop personalization syncing.
