My son can't access his account. We've tried the verification process but it says he's not providing enough information. He can't remember the last emails he sent (he uses the account to receive emails but doesn't often need to reply) and none of the other

I recently bought a laptop with Windows 8, and created 2 microsoft accouts.
Now, I want to close one account, I don't need it.

but it seems impossible to delete!
The message I receive is:

- You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.
Well, I DON'T HAVE ANY PAID SERVICE OR MICROSOFT POINT, I JUST WANNA CLOSE THIS D**N ACCOUNT, but at Microsoft seems that you can never keep things simple and userfriendly!
I've already deactivated the outlook account related to the email address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
NOW..... Since I am a Microsoft customer, and you have the duty to keep things simple and help me keeping the bother level as low as possible for me, I say to you:
“I grant you my permission to access and close my Windows Live ID.”

I don't want to make any other mouse click or whatever operation you invented to keep things complicated. I've already wasted too much time trying by myself. Do your work, and close the account, and do it fast as the wind.

Every time I log on to my PC I get a SkyDrive popup asking me to verify my Microsoft account. I recently had problems with Family Safety, which you finally fixed. But since then I've had this new problem.
I have Windows 8 and the 100GB storage plan.
I have the SkyDrive app for Windows 8 and the SkyDrive for PC running.
When I attempt to approve my daughters new email address/windows id I am able to sign in to my account just fine. I am then prompted to enter my credit card info for my age verification which seems to go just fine. When I submit my info the web site
thinks for a moment and returns the message "Microsoft account is experiencing problems right now. Please try again later." No other info is given. I've been trying for a week and a half now, but nothing changes. Please help.
