hi, my father is not able to open his email account. it asks for email verification but he is not able to retrieve the security code from anywhere (facebook, text, call..). please solve the problem. it's been like 3 days i've been trying to get the security
key but ain't successful.

So I just recently made a new password for my email and then it asked for my email verification. I clicked on send and it said we are sending the email. The 1st problem is that I dont know how to find the email. So I asked for another verification email
and I got a message saying the serivce has a temporary problem. I tried logging in on two mobile devices but got same thing.
So, has an email already been sent, or do I have to wait for the servics to work?

security and downloading the profile of my Xbox Live account. I reset the password but the security said to wait a monrh for the details to change.
So, has an email already been sent, or do I have to wait for the servics to work? And how do I see the email so I can verify the email address so I can use it for my Xbox Live account?

Microsoft made up some email account, to send the verification code to, that i can't access and i don't want to lose the email account i have now, which is what i think is coming if i don't verify soon, how do i change the account they send the code to if i can't access the account to change it?

I pôsted here earlier and have tried filling in the form that you have recommended. However, when I press submit it just gives me a blank screen. I am unable to post this on my original thread as you have 'locked' it.
It is now almost two weeks since my account was blocked and I am getting a little perturbed - I'd use more agressive language but it may be censored.
I just want access to my account and I want to be able to talk to the relevant person to enable me to do this. I have been passed from pillar to post these last two weeks, from Jamari to Milan to whoever else has picked up my enquiries but I am still

Someone else is using my email address and i am worried that he may have access to the account i logged on to my drop box using my Outlook email address(my real account uses g-mail but forgot this and logged on with outlook) i done a forgot password request
and was shocked to see there was an account made on my email address by someone else who also has my name. I am wondering as to whether he had to do a email verification and thus had access to my account. Could someone help me in keeping this account from
being used for sign ups on various sites.(It already has been I had to tell facebook it's actually my email address and close the account.)

I'm trying to change a primary alias. The email verification is sent, I click the link, it does not do anything. The alias remains unchanged.

Now, after several failed attempts MS have suggested that I make a new account. This is not good. I will have to scrap the game account which I have been using for many years and start fresh with a new one instead. I can easily make the same friends again but I will lose of all my achievements!
When I decided to update some personal info on my xbox 360 console, I was prompted to enter the password to the email address which is tied to my game account. Guess what, I forgot the password and couldn't gain access! Like many other users, I went through
the email verification process to reset the password. I tried my best to fill in the blanks but I honestly couldn't remember much. Each time I filled in the form I received an email of rejection from MS (sent to my alternate address) saying that they couldn't
verify my details for the inaccessible account.
Now, after several failed attempts MS have suggested that I make a new account. This is not good. I will have to scrap the game account which I have been using for many years and start fresh with a new one instead. I can easily make the same friends again but I will lose of all my achievements!
This is really annoying, I filled in the verification form with personal information that only I would know, including payment details etc so surely that counts for something, right?
So, I would like to know, what action can I take? Are there any support numbers I can call? Can I contact someone directly at microsoft through a technical support email address to solve this issue?
Hope you can help (community members and microsoft people!). I'm getting tired of dealing with automated responses.
