Help with accessing my account after purchasing products

I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student a few months ago. Now I need to download it to my daughters new laptop I am unable to access my Microsoft account.

I rang Microsoft store purchases and questions on 0800 0260329 and they have checked my order and confirmed that the personal email address I am using was correct to the order. But I am unable to log in with this address.

I have tried using the re-set password and it comes back with the message "The Microsoft Account is incorrect. Please try again"

Can you please advise on how I get access to my product?

can’t open attachments

I am having a trouble with my microsoft account, I am unable to read attachments on my outlook or post a question on this site from IE10. From google chrome I am unable to read the attachments either. If I forward the emails to another provider i.e. Gmail they will open perfectly, but due to their nature this not an option. If I try to open a pdf attachment I get an error saying the security certificate is no good. If I try to open online I can see the file but everytime I try to print it I am told again that the certificate is wrong. When using Google Chrome I'm told that I have an SSL error. It says you are trying to access dub126.afx.ms but instead you are being sent to *.mail.services.live.com.

I have already tried updating IE10, silverlight and microsoft update. Ps. I am running windows 7. And just to add I am recieving this error on more than one machine

I can't recover my inactive Microsoft account. I haven't been on it since. It gave me options to add a security code you get from another email, which I don't know about that email. The other option was to answer some questions to recover the email which I forgot, it's been so long that I created the email that I forgot the information on it. So I tried to fill out the questions, then I waited till I got an email which says They didn't verify the email. I tried this so many times that I given up. So please help me with this problem, I don't want to make a new one because there's stuff on my old account that I can use. Please help ASAP and thanks. Established a Microsoft account in Dec 2012. Purchased Office 365 Home Premium in Feb 2013. Computer crashed in March 2013. Office was restred but lost details of Microsoft account where Office 365 was purchased. Is there any way I can find and reestablish the account?

Good evening everyone, i received an email from microsoft ( until the green symbol) with the following message : the safety of your microsoft account (email in which i know) are scheduled for removal. - (my email) if you did not request this, it my be that someone else has your password. we would like to help you recover your account. Visit the following to change your passrord and restore the information security of your account : in the link informed, i click ( its really microsoft email) i am directed to the login account that is not mine. Sorry for typos( bad ingles) i will put a print email for more information( in portugues)

My dad's Microsoft account was accidently closed a few days ago. How do we reopen it?

I have already tried the various links etc. on the support site and tried resetting the password, but so far no luck.

SkyDrive account should have 25GB instead of 7GB

I believe my SkyDrive account should have 25GB and not 7GB. Here's what happened, at one time I had 25GB on my @outlook.com Microsoft account (because of the loyalty promotion). Then one day, I contacted Xbox support about moving my Xbox gamertag from an old email to my @outlook.com Microsoft account. Xbox support basically messed up my entire account. I had to close my @outlook.com Microsoft account and wait 30 days to try to reclaim it while hoping nobody claimed it before me. Luckily, I was able to get my @outlook.com Microsoft account back again. However, I just noticed that I only have 7GB available in my SkyDrive. I can only assume that when I had to re-open my account that my account was set to the default 7GB. I would like to have my account changed to 25GB since it wasn't my fault that I had to close and re-open my account.

I need to close my Microsoft account but every time I try to do it , it always says "Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes." I want it closed now .
