I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student a few months ago. Now I need to download it to my daughters new laptop I am unable to access my Microsoft account.
I rang Microsoft store purchases and questions on 0800 0260329 and they have checked my order and confirmed that the personal email address I am using was correct to the order. But I am unable to log in with this address.
I have tried using the re-set password and it comes back with the message "The Microsoft Account is incorrect. Please try again"
Can you please advise on how I get access to my product?
