I used Emoze client on Android for my hotmail account. I got a message from Microsoft account team asking me to log in to my account to verify. The link opened in my hotmail inbox without credentials, and I got in my mailbox with no validation information at
all.

I was told by the Windows Phone people to post my question re: Outlook.com here. Both my phone (nokia 925 - AT&T) and computer (Dell XPS and Outlook 365) are new. I could not set up my email from Cox.net on my phone. I had a Microsoft account which I used
only to sync OneNote. It is now showing on my phone as a Hotmail account (named Hotmail) which is peopled with Contacts from a long time ago. I had to get help from a local AT&T store to set up the e-mail as 'Other Account' on my phone, after wiping out my
attempts by going back to factory settings. My e-mail is now either syncing or downloading direct (?) fine but there is no option to sync contacts and calendar from Outlook. Yesterday 2 things happened: My phone started having a lot more options than it did
when I bought it. And I read an article from PC World that said Outlook.com was now supporting imap accounts. One of the new options which popped up under Settings, was the option to add another account - Outlook.com, Exchange, Outlook 365. I was tempted to
try and set up an Outlook 365 account with the new settings of imap-mail.outllook com. But I was afraid to touch it especially since I was warned by the other Microsoft Forum that this was new and unfamiliar to many MS people. Can you help explain to me hos

The account recovery request with issue number 103011621 has been closed.
I reset the password again, and when I logged in it took me to the same page that says I need to verify my account, and again it only lists the email I don't have access to anymore, so it says I need to do the questionnaire. It's just taking me through a never ending loop and I'd like it to end.

I know everyone will say refer to this or refer to that and I say refer to my fist punching your face because I've done all that, wasted many hours and haven't got anywhere, so I'm hoping, that like the other posts that have this issue I will be given priority till my account is mine again.
Ok so now that's out of the way, essentially I signed up to Microsoft a long time ago (over 8 years) when I got my first Xbox. At the time the e-mail account I used was linked to my internet supplier. I was only with this supplier for a year or so at which time I lost access to my email account (associated with Microsoft) and it was DELETED. That means it not longer exists. Its gone. GONE! It wasn't much of the problem until a few years ago I tried taking my account to my brothers house to play call of duty black ops, but I needed my 8 year old password to an email account that didn't exist anymore. So we all know how that went. About as well as a car in the ocean.
I tried to recover my account but was told, even though I provided credit card and my previous prepaid card numbers that the amount of information was insufficient to recovery my account.
However after GTA 5 online social club has been released I need to link my account with the Ifruit app, but I cant because I need to sign in and my account wasn't recovered last time. Its absolutely ridiculous I cant reset my account from my Xbox or have the ability to get in contact with someone (not a computer) at Microsoft that recognises it is in fact, my account.
So can anyone tell me what I have to do? I've already tried the recovery twice to no avail and I get the feeling I wont be third time lucky. I have no further information to add to the recovery.
What information do you need? My old account address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and is linked to my account Xbox, my gamer tag is Johno69R.
I also understand Xbox has rules put in place for a reason etc. etc. but that isn't helping me so don't tell me something that wont help or I'm going to go postal.

I have my own calendar in Outlook on my PC and I have a SkyDrive account (with my email address as my Microsoft account). I want to be able to have my Outlook (on my PC) calendar synchronised to SkyDrive / Outlook.com but can't work out how to do it. When
I attempt to import the calendar URL I get an error message that says it's a private calendar and I don't have access. I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?

You need to deactivate your Hotmail account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity.
Then I got the following message :

I asked a few months ago whether it would be possible to obtain details of account activity history (log ins with IP addresses) for my Microsoft Account, due to concerns that someone may have been accessing my account. I was not able to do this in the
end and eventually gave up.
However, when signing into Xbox Live with the account a few days ago, it asked me to validate my password and then started asking me to provide alternate email addresses and mobile numbers, as apparently my account isn't secure enough (the password is
rated as 'strong'). This has lead me to believe that there may have been further attempts to gain access to my account, or someone may still have access to it.
So for this reason, could I please request details of the account activity history?
