I pressed the arrow above the message box and it has been rotating alphabetically my messages. How can I change that to go back to the top of the message list. Thank you.

I get the following message when I try to send a email---" Hotmail wasn't able to complet this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report." Althrough, it does't tell me how to report it or how to fix my problem.

Hotmail message says it can't complete my request because the server is bust. try again later. Is this legitimate?

I cant send e-mails, a message apears that say that the server is bussy, the thing is that my fellow workes they can send e-mails whit no problem.

When I try to reply to an email, I keep getting a message saying "Hotmail is unable to complete this request.". When I check the network status, it says Hotmail is running normally. Please help.

After setting up a new exchange mail account.
I tested to see if the set up worked.
When testing I received an error message: "Unexpected data was encounter"
I'm unable to receive mail or send mail.
What is wrong?

I am running Windows XP, with Messenger 14.0.8117.416
I have cleared the contacts cache, done a clean install of Messenger, and Windows updates are all up to date. I have repeated this process several times and still the problem persists. I also did a system restore back to when Messenger was last working, and again the problem persists.
Your help would be appreciated as this is very frustrating !

I started having a problem with Windows Live Messenger last night. I can't see any of my contacts online (and I know they're online, because I checked from the browser version of Windows Live Messenger). I also get an error message any time I try to send
an IM to any of my contacts. Is this fixable?
