Is there any other header filed to identify parent messages of mail thread?

Why Outlook.com application on Google Play with version 7.8.2.11.48.4848 is not setting "in-reply-to" and "references" fields of message header when I replied a message via the application?

Hello,
I am running windows 8 OS and windows live mail ver. 2012 build 16.4.3508.0205 and suddenly the message header contents of the folders are not displayed when I click on them! E.G. when click on the inbox it shows the current message but none of the others even though the inbox label shows some number of unread ones in parenthesis! Prior to today all the message headers, read and unread, were all shown ordered by time and grouped by conversation.

For us to determine the source of the message, please send us the full mail header by following the steps below: (this is for mail.live.com only)
1. Open the phishing message you received
2. Click the small button beside "Reply" from the header of the message
3. Click “View message source”
4. Paste the contents into a new message, and then send the new message to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I received these instructions to my inquiry about submitting a spam complaint to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I am using Windows Live Mail and there is no small button beside "Reply" in the header of the message as per these instructions.
How do I accomplish seeing "View Message Source" in Windows Live Mail?

I have windows 7 and windows live email it has started to not download the message jus the message header. In the message area it says message has not been downloaded Click here or press space. I have tried both and nothing happens. Help Please!!

Good Afternoon
Is there a way to not print the message Header in Outlook 2011 , version 14.2.4 ?
What i really hate is that the message header has the date with United Kingdom Time Zone.
Others on other versions have Greenich mean Time.
Is there anyway to get rif of this, without copy/paste the email to say word or another text program?
