In the last hour without notice hotmail changed to outlook. in the process it wiped out my favorites list, menu bars, and changed the screen size . How do I get my information back?!!!

In the last hour without notice hotmail changed to outlook  in the process it wiped out my favorites list, menu bars, and changed display screen size.  How do I get my information back/  How do i cut and paste or do all the menu bar items?  Help!!!
