When trying to access Windows Live Admin Centre to add a member account to my domain, I am always redirected to to Outlook.com instead of being taken to the actual admin page. Can't figure out how to make my way back to the admin page.

How do I reset or change the password of member accounts in Windows Live Admin Center? When I edit a member account, I only see options to suspend or delete an account. I would expect more options here.
