Hi ,i was moving my mails form junk to inbox folder, when i click them move they dissppaer from junk , but they also didnt come in my inbox.These emails were important can nay one tell what happened and how i can recover those

My mail domain eblmail.com for my organization, all went to hotmail/outlook.com junk folder.

It is impossible I'm expecting my 500+ users call/inform customers/recipient check your mail at Junk folder. 99% mailbox user won't check junk folder.

My IP NOT in mxtool black list, the full header message show SPF pass, DKIM pass, but still for outlook.com still goes to junk folder.

Yahoo.com and GMail no problem, all went to inbox straight away. Why only outlook.com act separate way?

Please don't tell me add safe list at outlook.com.  impossible you can expect all recipient do that!!!

Please come out a concrete solution. Thank you


When I was transfered over into outlook, some of  the things that used to be in my inbox got transferred into my junk.  I have tried several different ways to get them into my inbox but none have worked.  I have created contacts with email, I have created a new group called Important and put them into that group instead of newsletters but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

The problem starts with receiving e-mails notifications everyday from a website, and then BY MISTAKE i moved 2 e-mails to the junk folder, but when i noticed that, i moved them back again to my inbox. and since then i haven't been able to receive any of their e-mails !!!

I have been having this issue for about a month !

The last month i have been contacting the website i should receive e-mails from , and thought that it was their problem. but they told me that they are already sending me e-mail, I'm the one who is not receiving.

PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO GO TO THIS LINK " I'm not receiving emails sent by my family or friends "Because i already read all the history messages that look like my problems and i did all the steps said but none of the answers helped me.

I added the e-mail address to my safe list senders and my safe list, don't have any e-mails added to the block list, I haven't made any rules, i deleted my account on my phone so there won't be another device controlling my e-mail, i tried opening my e-mail from another computer and another browser but still problem exists, also i'm not forwarding to another e-mail, checked my junk folder, deleted messages, junk folder settings,.... all of that and more. I have no more option left to do, so i'm posting this message maybe someone will help.
I don't know if this is important but My e-mail was hotmail and i upgraded it to outlook, but that was a long time ago before this problem happen.

This is an urgent issue. I'm not sure if this is the right place for me to escalate the issue but I hope to get help here.

My company has just newly registered for a domain www.niagaborong.com, and the problem is when we use the email address from this domain (For example, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) to our customer who is using hotmail, the email will automatically go into Junk folder.

Can you please assist and help me to solve this problem and add us into the whitelist so that our company domain email will not go into Junk folder?

Outlook 14.3.2 Update sent emails moving to junk

Morning, Having issues with Hosted Exchange since an Outlook 14.3.2 (130206) update. Emails sents from a hosted exchange (via Outlook desktop) are being moved into the junk folder.

When sending via Apple Mail or OWA all fine, but fall back into junk when syncing with Outlook desktop.

Are there any known issues?

Spec: Mac
Outlook: 14.3.2 (130206)

As I was clicking empty button in Hotmail Junk file, I  noticed an item just now (3/4/13 12:30 Eastern Time)) that was in junk that I needed to rea. Is there any way to get it back in Hotmail?
My inbox is filled with unsolicited offers - 20+, daily. Each has a different source, so a blanket unsubscribe is not an option -is it? The alternative, treating each as an individual on a daily basis, well, I do have other things to do in my life, yes? These messages started appearing about a month ago, I don't know why, nor do I care, really. I just want to know how to make them stop, and how to prevent future episodes. I am grateful for any and all suggestions, which should be geared toward a very impulsive not so computer know how savvy (I can hear the chuckles) individual.

Why are the emails I send from my Hotmail account all going to Hotmail recipients junk folders? I was wondering why I was never getting answers from people when I was responding to their Craigslist ads. Then someone answered my email and said it went to their junk folder so they didn't notice it for a while. So I did tests with my alternate Hotmail addresses and sure enough every single email I am sending to another Hotmail address is going to the recipients junk folders. But when I tested by sending to one of my Gmail addresses, it went to the inbox and was not listed as spam. Why is this happening?
