can you please help me also!
I have lost EVERYTHING in my hotmail account when i changed to the outlook upgrade recently. 

This is just not good enough from the hotmail team. 
I have been using hotmail for many many years and i have lost years worth of my emails.
I sure do hope someone can restore all my emails.
And incase you ask....yes i tried to recover the emails though the option of the Deleted Items folder as instructed, but it only brought back all the junk emails.

hope you can get this sorted. Something like this should not be allowed to occur, this should have all been checked before making us upgrade and lose everything!

I haven't been able to receive any emails (including junk emails) from my hotmail account. I tried on my phone, my Microsoft Office outlook and online through the outlook site now being used by hotmail. Nothing is working. I checked, junk mail settings, blocked senders, forwarding settings...nothing works. Help!
Would like to find out how to stop the constant flow of junk emails. It's just annoying to get 10 emails a day from different email addresses from Canadiana ****, Local Sluts, Viagra, etc. There use to be a place that key words would block these emails even showing up but it seems that the option has disappeared.
I feel I have the same problem!!!!! I've changed my password, even how my name appears, but nothing seems to stop this!!!  I am receiving emails in my junk emails from my own email address.   They do NOT appear in my sent folder.  Please do something quick!!  I have no idea how long this has been going on, normally I just empty my junk and don't look at it, but I stumbled onto it when I took a look at  "junk email", sorted it my send here is what I found:

Hello, I've been getting hundreds of junk emails since hotmail.com changed over to outlook.com. I have been blocking every single one and it has reduced the amount that get through to my inbox however I have a major problem. I cannot block certain emails because outlook doesn't recognise them as email addresses. For example I get junk emails daily from: admin@.__Bouce_dn but I cannot block this address because it starts with @. which outlook doesn't recognise as an address. Please advise!!!!!

Please help I get these persistent spam emails that I can't get rid . I;ve blocked the sender and I;ve blocked the senders domain but it doesn't work. when they send me an email they use various emails with a lot of numbers and a lot of letters. When can I do so that they are permanently blocked?

Hello, this is my issue. On a Lumia 920; with my primary MS account/email. A couple of days ago, I went through my email 'junk' folder and deleted over 300 junk emails, tapped sync. When I log into Outlook on a desktop, the Junk folder is up-to-date; as in, all the deleted junk-mails are gone. When I check the Junk folder on my phone, it still shows all the 'deleted' e-junk, plus anything recently arrived. I have tried tapping 'sync' in the email app, I've gone to 'settings-email accounts-long tap the account in question and tap 'sync'. I've tried these steps multiple times,with and without WiFi, before and after a soft re-boot. Note, this syncing does not put the junk mails back into my account, as they are not there when I log on through a computer, they only show on my phone.
i am getting around 30 junk emails every day, i am deleting and blocking but they are still getting through even though i have marked them as junk, anyone got any ideas to stop this please,
