Hotmail account blocked

Please help, I urgently need to access my hotmail account but it has been blocked. It's been blocked since this morning it looks like my password may have been reset now or something but Ive not had an email to my other email account to let me know. When I try and sign in now it says my password is wrong. This morning it said it looked like someone else was using my acocunt.I dont think this was right as I had been in to my email a few moments before. My account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Thanks

Do I already have Messenger with my hotmail account, ready to use, or do I have to download Messenger separately in order to use it? I am confused! Ive gone to every help site I can find on the subject, but none has answered my question. Can someone help me with this?

Changed my password now my emails wont send

Hello. My account got hacked into so I had to change my password. Now my emails wont send. The screen keeps saying that the username and password are incorrect. Ive changed the password to the new one in the server settings. But it makes no difference. Please can you help? Thanks.

Ive had a series of e-mails come up on my Hotmail asking for me to verify my account. I haven't replied as it does not look legit and just wanted to ensure that it isnt actually the Hotmail Team?. The e-mail looks like this;

Dear (My Hotmail Address is in this part didn't want to put it online),

This e-mail has been sent to you by Hotmail inform you that we were unable to verify your account details. This might be due to either of the following reasons:

1. A recent change in your personal information. (eg: address, phone)
2. Submitting incorrect information during register process.

Due to this, to ensure that your email service is not interrupted, we request you to confirm and update your information today by following the link below

If you have already confirmed your  information then please disregard this message.
