looking for a possibility to (automatically) synchronize my personal Outlook calendar with my wife’s iPods calendar using WiFi.

I have Mac OS 10.6.8 running on an iMac 2.8 i7.
I use the Microsoft Outlook calendar, which synchronizes perfectly with my iPhone (using iTunes, cable connection).
However, I am looking for a possibility to (automatically) synchronize my personal Outlook calendar with my wife's iPods calendar using WiFi. 
FYI: the iPod is coupled with her personal computer and not with my iMac.
Is it possible to merge our calendars?
