I am a programmer, looking for .NET Developer type adds in my inbox. Have made several changes to the options in Outlook, but I am getting many mail sent to my Junk rather than my inbox. I have to "Clean Out" my Junk folder each day so I can put the Net Developer adds to my inbox.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

On July 25, 2013, all the existing emails in my inbox disappeared.  A message saying how clean my inbox was appeared there instead.  Can anyone help me get all those emails back in my inbox? 

 

I am also continually, multiple times a day, getting a message that says "We cannot connect to Outlook right now.  Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again later."

 

The connection to the internet is active, so I don't understand why I keep getting that message, either.

my boss bought an iMac. I installed Office 2011 on it.


He asked me to configure Outlook as he had on the old PC (with Office 2010)


He want sorts the email by "From" -> Show on groups -> Collapse all groups. That as default.


With Outlook 2010 I can do it, with Outlook 2011 i can do the same options, but when I move from Inbox to another Folder or i restart Outlook, when i come back in the Inbox I see all groups expanded and I have to collapse groups every time.


If i sorts by Size for exemple and i collapse all groups, that work. The problem is only with "From".


Anyone know how to fix?

Hello, my outlook account used to open with my inbox, but now it always opens with the junk folder. How do I change back to opening with my inbox/ Thank you.
Emails from a specific person are being deleted or disappearing from my inbox.

I have checked sorting rules so know thats not causing it.  I have also changed my password and made sure that my phone can not be deleting them, as they'd go to the POP folder.

The emails are still being removed from the inbox though - I'm guessing when they have replied too?

I know you can click conversation to see last emails... but it does not allow you to access the "attached files" because the email you were replying too is gone.

Could I please have a history of logins to the account (IP) for the last month?
Also, if I give the email address to support... is it possible to see what happened to the emails & how?
When I was transfered over into outlook, some of  the things that used to be in my inbox got transferred into my junk.  I have tried several different ways to get them into my inbox but none have worked.  I have created contacts with email, I have created a new group called Important and put them into that group instead of newsletters but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Our inbox looks like its going through a back up or something and all inbox emails have disappeared.  HELP- I cannot even find a place to contact Microsoft about this.  Just a series of stupid 'FAQ' without support. this is our business.

I have found that emails that are on my safe sender and mailing lists are being sent straight to my deleted file instead of my inbox ??? I have double checked to make sure they are marked as safe but they are still sent to my deleted file, why is this happening and what do I need to do to make sure that my emails are sent to my inbox ???

I'm using Outlook.com on my own domain but have a problem with Inbox unread count - on the left side in Outlook.com web application under "Folder" there is "Inbox" highlighted in bold with unread message count 1. The problem is that I don't have any unread message in my inbox (nor I'm not able to find it with "Unread" filters). I've already tried to mark all messages as unread and then as read again, but with no luck. Do you have any ideas how to fix it?
