Account Hacked – IP Log Report

Hi, I'm certain my Hotmail (Outlook) and Skype accounts have been hacked as Skype was logged in this morning on my phone (which I have never logged in on) plus some strange activity in my emails. My security info on my hotmail account also has an email address I do not recognise. Although I could only see the partial email address. Both passwords are highly secure so no idea how these hacker scum get into the accounts.

Can MSN give me IP log in reports for the last 6 months for both my Hotmail and Skype accounts?

Can MSN also provide me the full email address that was in my security section and the IP address for that email?

Many thanks, as this has happened before, so now this it's time to trace them and take some action.

Not receiving Hotmail in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 since August 11th

I haven't been able to use my Hotmail in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 since August 11th. The contacts work, but not the mail. It is really inconvenient. How long until this is fixed? I've had my Hotmail (premium) account for years with no problems until now.

Hotmail says my password is wrong…It is the same one that I have used for years!

I have been trying to log onto my hotmail account and it keeps saying that I am using the wrong password. It is not the wrong password and when I try to reset it, I get a message back that says that I can't prove that I am the user. I have very important messages that I have to get to!!! How can I get back on my hotmail account????

Hotmail account won’t work on Android email (stock app)

I have been using the stock email app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.2.2) to access one of my Hotmail accounts for almost a year now and I never had any problems. Suddenly about two or three weeks ago it stopped working, meaning that I could not send or receive e-mails. My old e-mails were still viewable, but it was useless to me when I could not reply, create a new e-mail, or receive any new e-mails.

My gmail account, which I set up on the same stock email app continues to work flawlessly, so it seems like the problem is not with the app. I tried downloading the "Outlook.com" app and I was able to successfully connect to my e-mail account with that; but I really don't like the format of that app. I went back to my "stock" email app and removed the Hotmail account and tried to add it back again, but it gets stuck at the last part where it says "Waiting for Sync: Your email will appear soon" and the spinning icon just spins endlessly with no e-mails ever showing up.

I know I am putting in my correct username and password because I can log in to my Hotmail account using the web browser.

My strong suspicion is that you guys (Microsoft) changed something on your end that broke it. Can you fix it?

How do I remove the ability to access a Hotmail account from a particular computer?

A friend asked me to let him access his emails in his Outlook (was Hotmail) account from my computer. As far as I was aware there was never at any time an invitation to 'keep me signed in' or 'remember my password' but whenever I access Hotmail now it opens straight up to his emails.

How do I remove him from my system?

I receives an email supposed to be from Hotmail team It says I have a virus in my folders and that I have to submit my full name, user name, password, and country. Is this real or just a scam to get into your computer. It says I have 2 weeks to answer the email or lose my Hotmail account forever. I would really like to know since I am suspicious of anything I get like that Thanks in antisapation of an answer.

I have had Windows Live Hotmail Plus for several years. After searching online Help and 4 phone calls to customer support, they referred me to you. How do I determine the current size of my mailbox? I pay for 20GB, but up to 2GB is free.

Hi,

My Hotmail account was hacked a few days ago. I've reset my password since, but now all emails from my known contacts are going to the Junk folder (which wasn't the case before my account got hacked). I've checked my list of safe senders, and my contacts are in it, but emails from them are still going to Junk. What might be the problem?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Need help linking my hotmail account and outlook accounts so I can switch between the 2 easier. I created a new outlook account for laptop but want to switch between the 2. I have documents saved on SkyDrive on my Hotmail account. Please help link or help me delete Outlook. Hotmail I have had for years and too much involved to delete it. Also my Hotmail account and Live.com are all connected.
