I am with Outlook & have had an account with Hotmail for approx ten years. I have tried changing my password, without success. HELP!
Hi, after signing in to Hotmail successfully, I am on the "account summary" page. I cannot find any way move on from there and to access my emails.
I could not access OUTlook whilst onboard ship and free wifi abroad using IE. Eventually I searched Hotmail this was fine.
I used an old YAHOO account for most of the time tho worked perfectly all of the time everywhere.
What is the point of a worldwide account (Outlook) if it doesn't access worldwide.
If it wasn't for the the huge amounts of rubbish spam I'd go back to YAHOO forth with.
I have not signed into my hotmail in quite some time. But I have an account specific to this email address. Anyway, when requesting for username/password to be sent to email, I realized that my hotmail is not receiving some messages. I checked
junk mail, looked at blocked senders and other options, and everything is fine. I sent a test email from my gmail account and it's not showing up in inbox (as of 30 minutes later). And funny, have not received any bounced email message from my gmail (again,
as of 30 minutes later).
I have a friend that writes me somewhat infrequently. They answer through their blackberry phone from work, or their own personal cell, and I'm not sure what type it is, but it's on the Verizon network. This is what I see in my inbox: "hotmail". This
friends e-mail comes through as "hotmail" in the inbox, but, in his messages it uses his hotmail account address. Why won't it list his hotmail address or other email address like the others in my inbox?

I have Hotmail on my computer but have upgraded to Outlook. Since then i have been unable to receive emails on my home computer and all my previous mails have disappeared also, yet they are available on my tablet.

Can someone please help me with the problem I am having with my Hotmail account. My Hotmail account no longer exists for some reason. my husband downloaded windows 8.1 free upgrade on his desktop computer. it then requested that he sign into a Microsoft
account. in doing this, he somehow made my Hotmail account inaccessible. When I try to sign in, it says it no longer exists. OMG! Please Help
I cannot get into my hotmail account. I used to go to hotmail from the browser and simply sign in. Now, it defaults to microsoft outlook and when I try and get into hotmail it just says not recognised. Not amused. what do I do and why is it dong this anyway?

I lost my hotmail account one month ago and I tried all possible ways to restore it but none worked.
at the same time I lost all files stored in sky drive .
I created a new mail account using the same old name (removed) @hotmail.com) which means that my old account has been completely deleted. Now I only need to restore my saved files in sky drive.

Because of a billing problem, I was apparently forced out of Hotmail Plus into Outlook, and cancelled from Hotmail in September. All my old email is now accessed through Outlook, and today when I finally replaced my account's credit card, I was immediately
charged $19.95. I seem to have a new anniversary date for my subscription and don't know if I can get back on Hotmail, which I would much prefer. Can anything be done? This is frustrating because the original problem was not of my doing. My credit card company
issued a new card number to me because of security concerns, and my old number could not be charged by Microsoft.
I just logged back onto Hotmail and all of my messages are gone! I don't have my Hotmail account setup through any 3rd party program so I have no clue where all my messages went. Could they have deleted all my messages because it was idle too long?
