Question: I have no groups set up in Hotmail. I compose an email, and I send it, plain and simple. Upon checking my sent box, I see that not only my email was sent, but other emails (not all) from my inbox were included as a thread in that email. There is no way I can do this manually in Hotmail, and I fail to see how a virus or malware on my computer (is it possible?) could start a new process in Hotmail. I have seen this issue mentioned on the internet somewhere, but I cannot remember the exact verbage used in order to find the info. Any suggestions or "cures"?
I have just signed into OUTLOOK for the first time and am shocked to see that nearly thousands of my old emails from HOTMAIL are now totally missing?  Needless to say I'm a bit stressed about this.

Thoughts?

I do want to POP from an Hotmail (or 'otmail ..) account to an Outlook of that not very different species. Outlook refuses and insist on 'mind-melting' with the 'otmail account instead. Is this the expected behaviour ? Is there a way round this seemingly unnecessary blockage ? It is not necessery to write me about changing a whole Hotmail account to Outlook, because I do not want to do it. If you are intent on replying anything, PLEASE READ what you presume you "know" or "have read" and correct any of your incorrect assumptions. No disrespect initially intended, but a lot of **** (?UK?) runs around here :-) TksInAdv -HomelessInSeattleV

Hello,

An email domain i have configured is blocked by Hotmail. It is not blocked by any other provider nor is it on any  block sender list. I have all relevant SPF records, reverse DNS and  matching banners yet we are still blocked. the domain is feast.org.au.

What can we do to become unblocked by Hotmail?

Thanks

I have gone through the next of kin process for my late husband's account but I am still being charged for his Hotmail Plus service even though the account is closed.  Who can I contact for a refund?  Thank you.
