My Hotmail SEARCH function is STILL not working. It has been OVER a year. I have made REPEATED requests for help and keep getting the identical form letters with no solutions. Several users have suggested that after Hotmail engineers "re-index" their
accounts, the SEARCH function began working again. I have repeatedly asked if this has been attempted on MY account and have specifically asked for confirmation at to exactly what has been done and/or what can be done. I have yet to receive an actual "personalized"
response and am beyond frustrated. This problem has cost me quite a bit of time and money due to not being able to find information when I need it. This is most definitely a problem on Hotmail's end. I have complied with the numerous requests for added
information, Fiddler Traces, Screen Shots, etc... and have spent a lot of time trying to solve this problem on my end. IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
