About a month ago, our Hotmail mailbox encountered some type of glitch. In the process of deleting deleted messages, somehow all the messages in all the folders were deleted. The folder structure stayed in tact, but all the messages were deleted. I contacted
Microsoft, searched, and have been unable to find anywhere to request a mailbox restore. Any advice, suggestions, or solutions would be greatly appreciated, as a lot of important information was deleted. Thank you.

My email replies from my hotmail account or my outlook account are not leaving my Android galaxy 2 but they leave from my gmail account.
I keep getting that irritating little orange envelope at the top of the screen saying message not sent and now moved to Drafts. This suddenly started happening in the last week or so.
I have deleted the account and reinstalled it. Switched everything off and back on again and searched as much as I can but can only find info relating to incoming messages. Help!!!

Hi Microsoft,
Today I was looking for an old email in my inbox that I've received quite some time ago. Upon searching for the email I saw that I've lost all emails prior to 15-10-2012. The oldest email in my inbox is an email from the Hotmail-Team welcoming me to Hotmail,
but I've been using hotmail for over 10 years.
I've tried restoring deleted messages, but with no luck. Can someone at Microsoft help me recover my old mails?

All of a sudden my Nokia 808 will not download or access my hotmail messages. I tried deleting the account from my phone and using nokia's wizard to add in the account in again but no luck. What's interesting is when I try adding in my husband's hotmail
account or my brother's hotmail account with the same wizard in my Nokia Phone, it works and my phone has no problems downloading their messages. So I tried repeating it with my account again... and strangely no luck again. Is there some sort of setting
in my actual hotmail account I need on or off I am not aware of? Thanks in advance.

As from today, my online maillive.com Hotmail messages appear to be arriving in Outlook as 'read' .
They are no longer highlighted and not showing as new messages in brackets as they used to.
What's gone wrong and how can I reinstate the bold type for unread messages? I need to see unread messages at a glance.

Second time in ten days. Hotmail does not download to IPhone or IPad. I delete account from each then add in back. Get current mail but old mail is gone while still on MacBook Apple and ATt say it is a problem with outlook .

I have clicked on Don't forward and removed the email address that received forwarding but Hotmail messages are still going to my Gmail account? What else can I do to stop the forwarding?
