i am trying to delete my hotmail account but it keeps saying cancel subscriptions. I do not have any and everyone seems not to be able to help. I'm so frustrated this is so difficult to do. can anyone close my account as its been compromised. Please

I filled out a form & received a letter from Microsoft, that I was to update my password reset information. But when I click on the link, my old password doesn't work. So I thought that maybe I'm supposed to provide a new password instead. But that doesn't
work either.
I have important email addresses & phone numbers in there. Please can someone help me?
I'll be happy to provide my hacked hotmail account to anyone from Microsoft who can help.
Also: Is there any way of contacting Microsoft by email or phone directly for help? If so, is there a fee for that?

Hi, my hotmail account was hacked into two days ago. He sent out a spam email to all of my contacts asking for money to be wired to Cyprus. Ive tried contacting Microsoft tech support after being unable to pass the surveys for two days. The hacker
had changed some of my personal profile information on the first day when I was still able to access the account and had entered a default yahoo account in my profile security section, which was then locked in and I couldn't t change. The tech support team
referred me to this forum since I can't pass the surveys. I've had this account for over a decade and would like it back.
Please help me. I have valuable information in this account, and I can prove that it's mine.
