once I have deleted my mail and it goes into the deleted mail folder, I can not empty this folder. I am ending up with 175 emails that wont go. when I highlight any of them I get this......... Message could not be displayed
I am unable to create folders in mail as the command is grey and inactive
The folder command works fine in calendar, contacts, tasks & notes
I can't open attachments to my emails. All I get is an eternal flow of sheets of paper passing from planet earth to a folder
Suddenly inundated with jun mail in my INBOX on a hotmail acount I have had for 15 years!! Have privacy setting to hightes level. How do I stop the spam from getting in my inbox and not getting sent to the junk mail folder??? it is getting very annoying
My hard drive died and I had to get a new one. All my email was stored on a different drive. When I receive emails, it usally just shows who it is from such as John Doe. When I copy or import emails back into the program, it puts the name in quotation marks follwed by the return path between <> (example "John Doe" <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>. He makes the list of emails hard to sort and takes up a lot of space.
In addition when I copy emails from my sent folder to the new folder created for my mail contacts, it shows it was sent to me rather than the actual address where it was sent. I'm sure it's a registry fix but I don't know where to look.
Another issue I have had with Windows Live Mail is email containing pictures. Windows live puts them in a slide show rather than leaving them imbedded in the email itself. This is quire annoying.
Any ideas?

Outlook crashed and all items under My Computer in Outlook are gone.
Restored identity folder and rebuilt outlook database but these folders are still empty.
How do I get these messages back?
