How do I access, analyse and act on EXIF meta data in jpg files in Photo Gallery

Photos from my Windows Phone 8 include GPS info when uploaded to SkyDrive. I would like to remove it from some. Is there a way to do that? I can't edit the exif data through windows explorer in Windows 8 because of security restrictions and I see no options in SkyDrive around this.

 

Even public links include the GPS info in their exif data despite not showing the bing maps link. For example, view the original of this photo:

If you download that file and view the properties in windows explorer, you can see that the lat and lon are still included as shown here:
