I have attempted numerous times to do the age verification on my daughters account so she can use her computer properly. After I put in my credit card information I get an error message:

Hi.
I can't open my Outlook email. I am using IE 8, WIN XP. I have gone into Tools in IE and have reset IE 8. This allowed me to open emails once. I can open emails on my desktop, but not my laptop.
I can see the messages but not open them.

I have had my cartridge refilled by cartridge world, when I put it in the printer, I get an error message: Left cartridge incorrect. Using PSC HP 2110 all in one.
Even if I change the cartridge, I get the same message and can't clear the message even if I hold cancel button. Any ideas appreciated.

When I trie to acces Skydrive I instantly get an error message: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
I do not have connexion problems,
and my Outlook account works fine, on behalf of the fact that the instant messages don't work eather,
but I am able to read my emails etc.
I tried to acces directly Skydrive, by a link on Google
and also tried to acces it from my Outlook account when I was signed in, but same error message.
I don't even get the frontpage were I can sign in.
This PC is still running on Windows XP (but always worked fine with Skydrive until now)
It seems to be working on my other PC (windows7), as I accessed Skydrive a few days ago.
Is Skydrive in maintenance or is this a problem with this (Windows XP) PC?

Original Title: setting up my email on a Samsung S3
I'm trying to set up my Outlook account on my Samsung phone and it's coming back with an error stating "unable to connect to server". I have not issues with connecting to any other application that requires Wi-Fi or data. And I've confirmed with my carrier that it isn't a carrier issue.
