I have purchased Office 365 and installed it on my mac, in the initial setup process it brought across my existing emails address along with the emails to date, at the completion of the installation the product did and update check which it identified
that there was a later version which I would have thought the install I did would have been the latest, anyway in went with it and after it did the so called up date I was left with a standard outlook setup with no email addresses or email history, it appears
to have taken back to a new starter clean sheet state. how do I get back to where I was which I thought should be a duplicate of the other outlook setups with all email accounts in place and email history logs. will it do this again on the next mac I also
have to install it on. I have one original PC outlook set up which was my main initial platform I was using and decided to change out my offices to all macs which I needed a better email system than mac has which is why I need to get this outlook loading on
right otherwise I have to set all up manually on all 5 machines which is a pain.
In the past few days I have noticed that all of my hotmail history older than 1 month appears to have been deleted with no action taken on my part. Does anyone know where I can locate this email history?
I have tried to recover deleted messages from the deleted folder but this has not returned any of the messages.

At the bottom of the screen, a heading warns a program may transfer emails to POP folder but I could click on 'change settings' to stop this. When I click on 'change settings', I'm unable to connect to Outlook. Reading similar if not identical problems
on the question board, I clicked on the gear icon but under Managing Account there's nothing noted where I can change the program re Pop folder. My email history has stored stuff for years. Why the sudden change? Read emails now remain only a couple of days
and are suddenly in the POP folder. How long will they remain in the POP folder or will they be somehow deleted from there as well? That'd be a catastrophe for me. Suggestions?
I signed into my hotmail account this morning, and all the emails from the 10th of October back to when I created the email account have been deleted. This means that 1000's of incredibly important emails, that have been accumulated over the last 5 years,
have been deleted. I had no problem when I transferred over to outlook, but now this problem has arisen and I may potentially lose customers and business relationships over this. I need this problem fixed as soon as possible.
I have lots of folders on Hotmail with "by topic" email history & documents attached. Would like to download them to my PC and keep on a removable/portable medium for security reasons.
Any way to accomplish this?
when I enter email in search window to look at past history , I get a reply saying the email can not not found.
I am having difficulty accessing my email history.
I have also tried a different computer with the same results.

We had a catastrophic failure on a dell that was 3 years old and had to reinstall everything. When we log in to Windows Live Mail, we have no history. There are no signs of emails received or sent. Sorry if this is a stupid question but is the email history
stored on our PC (now wiped)? We thought it was remote so you could view your Windows Live Mail anywhere in the world. As well as trying to view Windows Live Mail on the old PC, we are using a new laptop too. Thanks
