One day I open my hotmail account and all the folders that I have made are no longer there. Is there a way of restoring these? I signed out and back in to see if that would help. Not sure where to go from here.

is the above email is a legtimite email to Hotamil services ? kindly help
We went through the steps to recover the account, and reset password along with security information. When he logged back in, the language has been changed from English and obviously cannot read and of the options etc. How can we change the language
back to English?
