I have read and followed all the suggestions posted and still have the problem. after i repaired windows essentials i reconfigured my email account. now when i add my email account and click on it iget a blue banner at the top of the window stating " syncing this account check back in a few minutes to read your messages" i left it once for 24 hours and it never did sync. i have reconfigured my account at least a dozen times now and the results are the same. i have two other accounts on the system both are imap in and smtp out. they work fine. can you help?

Outlook Rules are not working in MacBook Air

Hi…

This is Prasanna I am using MacBook Pro installed Ms Office 2011 and using outlook. I have configured more than 2 email ids on it as pop account. But this is not a problem; problem is I have created some rules to segregate important mails.

Rule one: Apply this rule after the message arrives through the ABC account move it to the ABC folder

Rule Two: Apply this rule after the message arrives through the ABC account and from DEF group move it to GHI folder

Problem I am facing all mails are downloading in both folder

I have tried to create different .olm file for each email account but Microsoft says it is not possible in Mac OS X

Only we can make different .pst file for different email accounts in windows only. So after all I have only one choice now to make rules as per my requirement but it also not working properly. PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE ALREADY REGIESTERED A CASE ID IN MICROSOFT AS: 1246032590

Login to live essentials Mail

I have Live Essentials installed on my computer and use it daily I installed it on my wife's computer and I can add my email account and all works fine but when I try and put in the account I am writing this post from it says the password is incorrect and asks for it again. I have logged into outlook.com and the password is fine. Is there a setting in outlook.com that is preventing me from adding the account in Live Essentials? I have tried changing passwords but nothing helps.

My folders with saved emails disappeared in Windows Live mail

I was having trouble with my email account and my IP tech had to delete my server id and reinstall my id. When I signed back into Windows Live my folders with my saved emails were gone. I used the email search function and the emails are gone. I also made sure the view function shows all emails. How can I get them back? Some were very important!

right my question is i have an account that i want to use again beacuse its my very first xbox 360 email account and it has my gears of war 1&2 and now that i dont have a clue of what the password is and i have been trying for about 1 to 2 years trying to figure it out and i cant so i was wandering is there a way to hack into it if so please help and yes i can proove that this is my account but everytime i try and recover it the email has a nouther email attached to it but i dont know the password to that either so please i beg and all i want is my gears of war games back cose i dont care if there cheap in the shop i pade for these games and now i cant get them back so if anyone has any smart ideas on how to do it then please HELP A.S.A.P!!! thx ^_^ /) /)

CAN’T ACCESS EMAIL ACCOUNT

I am having so much trouble accessing my old email account as I have forgotten the password. I have attempted the account recovery requests several times and have failed every time. I cannot remember my security question, I don't have a recovery code and I certainly can't remember the recently sent emails/ contacts as the account hasn't been accessed for years. I have filled out forms, emailed and talked on live chat. I have also filled out the form for Microsoft Account Support and I've just been told to make a new account (that is not the issue!). Can someone please help me? I desperately need to get into this account!

Live mail will not allow me to sign in

I have an email account defined in my Windows Live account. I've been using Live mail for years. For some reason yesterday I was unable to sign into Live mail. I changed the password in the Windows Live account. Went back to my Live mail and attempted to sign in only to get a message saying either the email account or the password were incorrect. I've reset the password in my Windows live account several time without an success in accessing my Live mail account. I am able to sign into Outlook using my email account and password but not the Live mail account???? Any suggestions for this problem?

I have set up another email account which forwards emails to my hotmail account. I have found that not all emails are getting through to Hotmail but I have checked with the Host of the other email address and they confirm that the emails are leaving their end. Can you help?

keep getting Server Error: 0x800488FE on one email account

I use Windows Live email and use it to view several email accounts. One email account always has issues and regularly get error like the one below. To overcome it I have to validate and reset my password. This is a real pain. I am thinking could it be anything related to windows updates i.e. after an update it cannot validate this particular email account ? My pc did a windows update last night and completed it when I started my pc today. I then noticed this error for this one email account which is the one that is giving me grief. All other email accounts are fine.

I have validated and reset my password and I can see my email again but I want to know how to fix this issue so it does not keep happening. Please help
