I can not get into the payment section. They say that they will send a code to my alternate email but I do not have that account anymore. I changed the email address of my alternate email but they say it will not go into effect for 1 month. How do I make

I've tried following the instructions for adding/deleting contacts from groups but when I've added a contact to a group, that contact still does not show up when I try to send an email to that group and the contact removed from the group still shows. Does
it take a period of time for the changes to take effect?
My Outlook 2011 creates a backup when I start it up and switches my identity from Main to a backup. Rebuilding the identity seems to resolve the issue temporarily but it always returns. I have also tried reinstalling to no effect.
I am currently using an exchange account and I have another user's exchange inbox coming in also.
