Birthday Calendar directions don’t work.

After following the directions to add a birthday, the birthday calendar is not an option I can choose, only my personal calendar and the original calendar.  Am I missing some info on how to get to the birthday calendar to add grandbabies birthdays?

How can I remove Outlook Express?

I have tried to remove Outlook Express from directions that I received through the internet, but it is still there. I HATE Outlook Express. It is user unfriendly. Please help me. Thank you. Jan Baxa

Unable to block a contact… :-(

I have tried following the directions given by various people on how to block a contact. However I can't even find where it says  'options'. On my drop down menu I do have 'options' but that just takes me to a settings page. Nowhere can I find anything to do with blocking senders. Help please... :-)
