unable to use the Hotmail connector to update my Nokia Windows 8 smartphone

Dear Alix,

 

I note that there has been not further posting on this topic for about six weeks. I am having the same problem and am unable to use the Hotmail connector to update my Nokia Windows 8 smartphone. My password will log me into Microsoft but not into the Hotmail Connector.

 

Please advise.
