I am moving to a new computer and use a couple different emails including a Mac email, and a company exchange email.  I have saved emails into folders on my current system and when I brought up my new outlook - it quickly (okay, maybe not so quickly) downloaded my emails, but not my project folders.  My email system is pretty large and while I need to clean it up, I hesitate to do it before I figure out the best way to bring over my existing system.

I am attempting to transfer Windows Live Mail from my current system to a new PC. The old PC has Live Mail 2011, the new one has Live Mail 2012. I have many storage folders with several hundred messages in each. This is in addition to the sent mail folder, which has severl hundred more. I attempted to do a full export from my current system and this resulted in a incomplete export. Folders were missing and not all messages were exported out either.

Does anyone know what could be happening? Does anyone know what the proper procedure is for transfering mail from one computer to another?
