I have changed my credit card information on the commerce pages, however the system doesn't seem to picj that up. It keep trying to charge the old credit card. How can this be fixed? All attempts to do it online are in vain.
I keep getting notifications that my credit card (s) have been declined and I know they are all valid and working. If I lose my account I will lose information that cannot be duplicated and will be lost for ever.......this is my business email. Please help
The old credit card has expired, I am trying to change to direct debit.  I have added the direct debit details but am unsure how to make this the primary payment method.  When I attempt to delete my credit card the warning advises 'The subscriptions listed below are associated with MasterCard xxxxxxxx. Please select another payment option to use for your subscriptions before you remove payment option MasterCard xxxxxxx'

But when I reenter my bank account details under this function the system advises the payment details already exist.  Can anyone help?
I'm trying to add a valid new credit card so I can pay for my hotmail (outlook) plus account. Microsoft seems to put every obstacle in my path even though my intent is to PAY THEM. I've been shunted to these forums which tell me nothing.  Every other account in the cyber-universe--whether amazon or banks--has a simple way to do this.  How can I find a way to pay these people the $19.95 I would like to pay?  This seems like a ridiculous dilemma.
I editted my DOB and created the "child requiring parent permission" issue with my existing account.  I created a new account so I could give myself permission and verify that I am an adult by making the .50$ credit card charge but .....even though on the new account I have chosen Canada as the region, entered a Canadian phone number, entered a Canadian address, chosen Canada as my work region ....  the credit card form to be filled out to prove I am an adult defaults to the US with no drop down to change this and so I can not enter my billing address since the Canadian postal code format is different and Ontario is obviously not in the drop down list of states.

My wifes credit card was out of date when the billing date came for Outlook. I have wasted hours trying to change the billing details for her. Paypal did not work so I added another credit card, which the system recognises, but does not allow me to activate. Seems to me brain numbing incredible that it is impossible to contact Microsoft on these matters even when you want to pay them money!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone got any ideas how to proceed, or should I just give up on ad-free hotmail/outlook?

I've been trying to cancel my Skydrive auto-renew so I can remove my old credit card from the system. I cannot remove that credit card because it's tied to a Skydrive subscription. I've emailed support 6 times and not a single reply or a call-back. I really hate that you don't even provide me the ability to manage my subscriptions, and force me to take this route. There is no option for me to manage my subscription as detail in the help - there's no button.

Please assist.
