I have a group list of advertisers that I need to send to my co-worker. Can I do this or do I need to type each one in the message?

I have set up a new MacBook Air with Outlook 2011 and have defined 4 different accounts - one on MSN and three POP3 accounts. Outlook will only send-receive on the MSN account. One of the POP3 accounts is defined as the default, and I can send just fine
using that account, so it is connecting to that server OK. Contact categories are also behaving strangely, but that's another issue perhaps for another thread. I'm tempted to uninstall / reinstall Office, reimport the old .pst file and start over defining
the POP3 account (the main one) first.

I'm facing problem in refreshing/synchronizing the mail addresses, stored in the server, as previously the contacts were getting synchronized but after repairing my os and updating it, this function is not working ?
The contact search (cmd+O) is showing no list.

I tried to set up a new E-mail contact by clicking on Contacts, filling in the information and clicking save. I could not fill in the E-mail portion of the form. What do I do?

my sister sows that she is offline when i try to reach her on MSN messemger and i appear offline to her yet we are both online and available How do i fix this??
my friend added me on messenger.. i accepted on Hotmail website.. so i can chat with him on site.. but still can't see him on my windows live messenger.. and when he talk i get the messaging window.. i try to type and send something... it says the following
messages could not be sent... and it won't send.. however.. when i try login from my phone.. (eBuddy) i can see my friend and talk to normaly... but i want to talk from computer on windows live messenger.. any thoughts?
I use hotmail, but do not use or want messenger. When contacts went to people, I somehow ended up with a couple thousand contact I don't want. I don't even want messenger. So, #1 how do I delete all of the messenger contact? #2 Can I just get rid of messenger
and keep hotmail? Thanks.
