How can I get rid of this bundling and go back to receiving single emails, one at a time?

My incoming emails started coming in 'threads' or bundles when the SUBJECT fields all had the same wording.  It's really annoying!  How can I get rid of the bundling of my incoming emails and go back to receiving single emails, one at a time?
