Is there any way to get an important email back that went to my ‘junk’ folder and then got deleted?

I believe a booking confirmation found its way into my junk folder... I get so much that I must have missed it when I emptied the folder.

Is there any way to get it back?? I need to print the email to get into the event.. :(
