I've been following the threads and there is no solution. this is pathetic, everything was working great until you guys made changes that are detrimental to the point where we can't even open attachments from old emails. Don't change the interface to mess up the basics..  I have cleared out my cache and temporary files. I use google chrome on my macbook pro. I still cannot see attachments in old emails and i need them urgently.

Window's Live Mail.  I am not receiving attachments into live mail.  I can find them in Yahoo Mail so I'm getting them, they just don't come into my computer.  I have followed the live mail Help instructions to clear the box "do not allow att" etc under Junk Mail Security tab, but that doesn't seem to make any difference.  Any suggestions?

For the last two days I have been attempting to send very important business emails containing attachments but keep receiving two types of bounce back email. I have looked through the community for assistance and tried solutions given to similar cases to no avail. I have sent these files before so know there are no problems with them or sending them via my web outlook account. i thought it may have been the new address i was sending it to however when i received the same bounce back after sending the email to three of the companies email accounts I tried sending it to another one of my personal domains and received the same message. I have since conducted a email clean up and deleted most of my mail. Please advise as i need to get these emails out by tomorrow 26th July 13. Thank you
